Who We Are

In 2003 the Shareholders decided to combine the operations and the resources of the former Trinidad Ship Repair Limited and A & M Maintenance and Services Company (AMMSCO) Limited in an effort to enhance and extend our scope of services to include the International Petrochemical Market. This was the genesis of Ammsco Limited. Over the past twelve (12) years both Trinidad Ship Repair and A&M Maintenance and Services Company (Ammsco) Limited have completed projects for Global Santa Fe, Nabors Drilling, EOG Resources, Dolphin Drilling and BHP Billiton among others. We have retained these same clients under the Ammsco Limited umbrella, and have extended our client list to include most if not all the major companies in the oil and gas sector operating in Trinidad and Tobago, as well as having established working relationships with international companies within the same sector. At present we boast of being qualified to perform works to the following certification bodies; Lloyds, DNV and ABS.

During the first year of operation, under the Ammsco Limited umbrella we further established our presence in the industry as we recognized a great need for contracting services in Industrial and Commercial Plumbing (Island Plumbing Contractors Limited).  Ammsco Limited formed an alliance with Island Plumbing Contractors Limited in 2004 which further strengthened our position in the Commercial Industry.  Since this merger, IPCL clientele base has expanded to include Global Santa Fe, APR Associates Limited and Elsa Holdings Limited to name a few. 

Our Hospitality Services Department  (Ammsco Limited – Hospitality Services Division.) was also formed in 2004 as we recognized and received numerous requests for “support services” such as corporate event planning and coordination, meet and greet services, and product launching.  To-date, we can boast of the uncompromising service we have provided to our customers whom include Capital Signal Limited, Global Santa Fe and Cosmar Limited (see testimonials).
